Shipping + exchanges
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
Any additional duties or taxes collected on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders are currently being shipped from Canada through Canada Post.
Unworn and unwashed orders may be returned (postmarked) within 10 days of receipt for exchange only. We are unable to offer refunds. Merchandise bought using a promotional code or during a sale is final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend you insure your shipments. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Items damaged due to improper packaging will not be accepted. Once your package has been received your exchange will be processed within 10 business days.
